Where do you ship?

We currently ship to the United States and Canada only.


How long does shipping take?

  • U.S. Orders: 2–5 business days

  • Canada Orders: 5–10 business days (depending on customs clearance)


Do you offer express shipping?

Yes! Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for both U.S. and Canadian orders.


Do you ship internationally outside the U.S. or Canada?

No — at this time, we only ship within the United States and Canada.

Do you include install guides or help?

We provide manufacturer instructions when available and are building a support blog to help guide installs. You can also reach out via email for advice.


What if something arrives damaged or defective?

Let us know within 3 business days of delivery. Send us your order number and photos, and we’ll help resolve the issue or send a replacement.

Unused and unopened items may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping costs apply unless there's a defect. Custom orders are not returnable.
